Yoda Old Residence is a main building built about 300 years ago in the middle of the Edo period, the Genroku period, a detached building built about 200 years ago, and 3 storehouses (tool storehouse, rice storehouse, and miso storehouse) built at the end of the Edo period. Yoda Old Residence can be used by submitting an application from 6 months to 3 days before the month in which you intend to use it, for permission to use Yoda Old Residence (Form No. 1) to the mayor, and obtaining permission.

(Business hours and holidays)
Article 4 Yoda Old Residence is open from 9 am to 8 pm for hot spring facilities and from 9 am to 5 pm for other facilities. However, this may be changed if the mayor deems it necessary.
2 Yoda Old Residence can be closed when the mayor deems it necessary.
(Permission to use)
Person who is going to use Article 5 facility (except hot spring facility.) must receive permission of the town mayor beforehand.The same shall apply when attempting to change matters for which permission has been granted.
(Usage fee)
Article 6. Yoda Old Residence facility users (hereinafter referred to as "users") must pay the usage fees specified in Appended Tables 1 and 2.
(Reduction of usage fees)

(Non-Refund of Usage Fee)
Article 8 Fees already paid shall not be refunded.But we can return all or a part when the town mayor admitted that there is special reason.
(Restrictions on Use)

(1) Disturbing public order or good morals, or when there is a risk of doing so.

(4) When the town mayor deems it necessary.
(Obligation to Compensate for Damages)
Article 10 If the user intentionally or negligently damages or loses the materials, utensils, facilities, etc. of Yoda Old Residence, the user must compensate for the amount of damage determined by the town mayor.But it is not this limit when the town mayor admits that it is unavoidable.
(Management by Designated Manager)

Supplementary Provisions
(Effective date)
1 This ordinance shall come into effect on Heisei 31/4/1. However, the provisions from Article 4 to Article 10 shall be enforced from the date of commencement of service.
(Commencement of service)
2 Yoda Old Residence will be open for use from the date specified by the town mayor in a public notice.
Supplementary Provisions (Reiwa 2/9/15, Ordinance No. 14)

(Application for Permission to Use)

Article 8 Employers cannot refuse employees to enter a place in use for the purpose of their duties.
(Application of Provisions in Cases of Designated Managers Performing Management)
